Came here for a work dinner. There were four of us. We got seated immediately. The server was friendly. The order was correct when it came out. Food was good. Restaurant was clean. Of course we will be back. I would recommend Smitty's.

Smitty's is a nice Italian place near downtown Evansville. Initial impression is really good with a nice bar and lots of old wood that looks like a speakeasy of the 30's. Great beer and exceptional nice wine list that had some nice red blends and Spanish blends too. Moderately priced for the taste. Steaks were outstanding as was the eggplant parmigiana. Salad was nothing special and the service was very good and friendly.

Had lunch with my son here for fathers day. Me and the wife had the Steak and Sausage for two and it was amazing. Staff was very friendly and quick. Great atmosphere and food. I would highly recommend this place.

Steaks are delicious. We usually get a margarita pizza. They make us keep coming back.
Went there for pizza the other night and found out it's not on the menu . That's a bunch of crap. -

Fantastic food. Seven different meals, all were excellent. The bread was fantastic, my fathers said it was the best sausage and peppers he has had since he left New Jersey. Best veal in the city.
